What Will You Do

As an Architect, you will play a strategic and technical leadership role, driving the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and future-ready software solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and communicating a comprehensive architectural vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals.

  2. Leading the design of complex software systems that are scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performing.

  3. Assessing and recommending appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools, including emerging innovations.

  4. Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering architectural excellence.

  5. Maintaining clear documentation of architectural designs, patterns, and principles.

  6. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders — including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Senior Leadership — to align technology with business objectives.

  7. Establishing and enforcing architectural governance processes and compliance standards.

  8. Identifying opportunities for performance optimization, scalability improvements, and cost-efficiency.

  9. Ensuring that all architectural designs comply with security best practices and regulatory requirements.

  10. Evaluating and managing third-party vendors, software, and service providers.

  11. Identifying and mitigating architectural risks with proactive recommendations.

  12. Guiding and mentoring junior architects and developers to strengthen their technical expertise.

  13. Staying up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

What Skills Are We Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: 15–16 years of professional experience in software architecture, solution design, and technology strategy.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, enterprise-scale systems.

    • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and modern development frameworks.

    • Strong experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

    • Familiarity with microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

    • Deep understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

    • Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Demonstrated leadership skills to drive architectural decisions and mentor teams.

    • Experience with software development methodologies and Agile practices.

  • Certifications (Preferred):

    • TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or other relevant architectural certifications.
