What Will You Do

As a Software Architect, you will play a strategic role in defining, designing, and implementing scalable and innovative technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and communicate a comprehensive architectural vision and strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives.

  2. Lead the design of complex software systems to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and high performance.

  3. Assess and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools suitable for organizational needs, evaluating emerging trends and innovations.

  4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering best architectural practices and team growth.

  5. Maintain detailed documentation of architectural designs, patterns, and principles.

  6. Collaborate with stakeholders — including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Senior Leadership — to align technology solutions with business goals.

  7. Establish and enforce architectural governance processes, compliance standards, and technology consistency.

  8. Identify opportunities for performance optimization, scalability improvements, and cost efficiency within the technology stack.

  9. Ensure architectural designs comply with security best practices and regulatory requirements.

  10. Evaluate and manage third-party vendors, software, and service providers.

  11. Identify and mitigate architectural risks through proactive planning and recommendations.

  12. Guide and mentor junior architects and development teams to strengthen their technical and architectural expertise.

  13. Stay updated with emerging technologies, architectural trends, and best practices to drive continuous innovation and improvement.

What Skills Are We Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: 15–16 years of professional experience in software architecture, solution design, and technology strategy.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex, enterprise-scale software systems.

  • Strong knowledge of multiple programming languages and modern development frameworks.

  • Experience in cloud architecture and cloud-native technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

  • In-depth understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.

  • Experience with software development methodologies and Agile practices.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive architectural decisions and mentor technical teams.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Relevant architectural certifications such as TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are advantageous.
