What You Will Do on the Job

1. Collaborate with multiple project partners and facilitate communication between technical and business teams.

2. Be hands-on with development activities.

3. Identify technical challenges and propose innovative solutions that bring value to clients.

4. Work closely with the Program Manager on estimations, timelines, delivery risks, and issue management.

5. Lead and participate in technical discussions on requirements and change requests.

6. Work effectively with team members, partners, and other support functions.

7. Exhibit ambition, ownership, and creativity while working toward agreed goals and targets.

8. Drive automation initiatives to meet evolving business demands.

9. Demonstrate strong planning, organizational, and time management skills to handle workloads, urgent deadlines, and changing requirements.

10. Develop high-quality software solutions to support business objectives.

11. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to standards, logic, and reusable design practices.
