1. Communications Designer
2. Design Manager and Designer - Experience on all kind of data files including - Auxiliary Layout File, Customer Driver File, Initialization File, Post-Sort Initialization File, Reference file, Report file, Sort index file, Multi language support, Two pass application structure, Sorting and bundling, Container designs, control switches and experience in generating complex letters using Designer.. 
3. Communication Orchestration – To create flow context and flow models including all kinds of input and output channels.
4. Empower/Content author.
