What You Will Do on the Job

As a Senior Product Manager / Head of Product, you will lead product vision, strategy, and execution to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's overall objectives.

  2. Conduct extensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, market trends, and user needs.

  3. Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements, and projects based on business value and customer impact.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales — to ensure successful product development, launch, and market adoption.

  5. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring clear documentation of user stories and use cases.

  6. Lead the product development process, making critical decisions about feature trade-offs, functionality, and user experience.

  7. Oversee the product release process, including beta testing, quality assurance, and coordination with development teams.

  8. Champion a user-centric approach to product design and development, prioritizing usability and customer satisfaction.

  9. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

  10. Manage the product budget, including cost estimation, financial forecasting, and ROI analysis.

  11. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, gathering feedback and insights to inform product improvements.

  12. Provide mentorship and guidance to product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering growth and expertise.

  13. Ensure product compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

What Skills Are We Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA) are highly advantageous.

  • Experience: 15+ years in product management, with a successful track record of delivering complex products and driving business growth.

Technical & Methodology Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of software development processes and SDLC methodologies.

  • Proficiency in Agile and other product management methodologies.

  • Experience with product management tools and platforms.

  • Proven ability to define and execute successful product strategies that drive market adoption and revenue growth.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities, with experience managing product teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong customer focus and empathy, with a commitment to delivering exceptional value to users.

  • Experience in mentoring and developing product management teams.
