What Will You Do on the Job?

1. Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.

2. Conduct extensive market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities, trends, and user needs.

3. Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including engineering, design, marketing, and sales — to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.

5. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, user stories, and use cases.

6. Lead the product development process, making key decisions about feature trade-offs, functionality, and user experience.

7. Oversee product releases, including beta testing, quality assurance, and coordination with development teams.

8. Champion a user-centric approach to product design and development, prioritizing usability and customer satisfaction.

9. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product performance regularly to drive data-based improvements.

10. Manage the product budget — including cost estimation, forecasting, and ROI analysis.

11. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to gather insights and inform product evolution.

12. Mentor and guide product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering growth and expertise.

13. Ensure all products comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

What Skills Are We Looking For?

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees like MBA are highly advantageous).

2. 15+ years of professional experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of delivering complex products and driving growth.

3. Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

4. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities with experience managing product teams.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

6. Proficiency in Agile and modern product management methodologies.

7. Experience with product management tools and platforms.

8. Deep understanding of software development processes and SDLC methodologies.

9. Demonstrated success in defining and executing product strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.

10. Continuous learning mindset — staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.

11. Strong customer empathy and focus on delivering exceptional user value.

12. Proven experience in mentoring and developing high-performing product management teams.
