Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs. 2. Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 3. Work with cross-functional teams to design and propose effective solutions, including software applications, process changes, or organizational improvements. 4. Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams. 5. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive improvements. 6. Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions when implementing new processes or systems. 7. Define test cases, conduct testing, and collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements. 8. Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and other relevant departments to ensure project success. 9. Assist in project planning, monitoring project progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. 10. Develop training materials and provide training to end-users on new systems or processes. 11. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, making recommendations for enhancements. 12. Identify and mitigate risks related to business processes and projects, providing proactive solutions. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. 6+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. 6. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa. 7. Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus. 8. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. 9. Familiarity with process modeling and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). 10. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. 11. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team. 12. Business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are advantageous but not required.
