Functional Test Engineer (Automation – Java/Selenium)

  • Experience: 5–8 years

  • Role Overview:
    • Design and execute functional, regression, and automation tests for web and backend systems.
    • Build and maintain Selenium WebDriver frameworks in Java .
    • Analyze system logs via Datadog, Kibana, or Splunk to identify and troubleshoot issues.
    • Drive test planning, execution, and automation coverage within Agile sprints.
  • Key Skills:
    • Automation: Selenium, TestNG/JUnit
    • Programming: Java 
    • API Testing: Postman, REST Assured
    • CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions
    • Log Analysis: Datadog, Kibana, Splunk
    • Database Validation: SQL
    • Frameworks: BDD (Cucumber/Behave)
