Solid resources with generic support capability, knowing how to triage, manage customers, investigate, knowing how to communicate to the vendor when the issue looks to be focused on the core code. 

Manage the ticket end to end, how to update customers, knowing when to escalate. 

Will be responsible for tracking the ticket

Responsible for ensuring the ticketing system is monitored, kept up to date with the latest comms. 

They will also be required to ensure tickets are resolved within IT SLA’s
