Power Platform Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience for current project.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in:

• Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven apps)
• Power Automate
• Power BI
• Dataverse
• Basic knowledge of SQL and DAX

It would be an added advantage if the resource has worked on Copilot Studio or has experience with AI integrations within the Power Platform.

Job Title: Power Platform Developer (AI Team)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our AI team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate workflows and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with a focus on automation and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse).

· Work closely with AI and business teams to automate processes and integrate AI-driven insights into Power Platform solutions.

· Develop and maintain custom connectors, integrations, and APIs for seamless data flow across systems.

· Automate workflows and optimize business processes using Power Automate (Flows, RPA, and AI Builder).

· Build interactive and user-friendly applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps).

· Ensure security, governance, and compliance best practices while working on Power Platform solutions.

Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, ensuring high availability and efficiency of applications.

· Stay updated with the latest Power Platform and AI innovations to drive continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse).

· Experience in building automated workflows, integrations, and process optimizations.

· Strong understanding of Power Apps development (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages).

· Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and third-party APIs.

· Understanding of Dataverse, Common Data Service (CDS), and security roles.

· Experience in scripting languages like JavaScript, Python etc. (for custom connectors and extensions).

· Experience in Microsoft Copilot for AI-powered automation and chatbot integration.

· Strong understanding of Copilot Studio, including custom bot development and integration with business applications.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process automation.

Good to Have:

Experience with AI Builder, Chatbots (Power Virtual Agents), or Copilot integration.

Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or API Management, Azure Cognitive search, Azure Vector DBs.

Familiarity with Power Platform governance, security, and compliance.
